what moving forward looks like
What's In Store
Nothing meaningful stands still. Sell It '26 is built around the conversations that move the industry forward: AI, adaptation, sales, branding, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the future of business. Here's what that looks like in Denver.

01
THE LINEUP
Ryan Serhant on the future of the business. Tony Hawk on resilience, reinvention, and building a brand that outlasts any era. More names to be announced, and worth the wait.
02
MORE THAN A CONFERENCE
A private section at a Rockies game. High-energy experiences designed to get the whole room talking. A closing night at the immersive Meow Wolf Denver. Every experience is designed to put the whole network in the same room and make it one to remember.
03
SESSIONS THAT ACTUALLY MOVE YOU
Dedicated sessions on AI, sales strategy, and the technology reshaping how top agents work, including a first look at S.MPLE 2.0.

Interactive, immersive, genuinely unexpected. And when the whole SERHANT. network is experiencing it together, the conversations that follow are the ones that become referrals, partnerships, and ideas you'll still be thinking about on the flight home.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket. Transferring is free and you can send it to anyone. Here's how.
If you're sending a ticket
- Click your account, then open My Tickets.
- Find the ticket you want to give away and click Transfer.
- Type in the email address of the person you're sending it to. You can add a short note if you'd like (optional).
- Review the exact email address, then click Confirm transfer.
That's it. Ownership moves immediately and the ticket leaves your account, so check the recipient email carefully before confirming. Completed transfers cannot be cancelled.
** Important **
After 5pm ET on 9/17, you'll be personally responsible for delivering the Coors Field admission QR code to your ticket recipient ahead of the game.
If you're receiving a ticket
- Check your email for a message that says someone sent you a ticket. The ticket is already yours; no acceptance is required.
- Sign in, or create a free account if you don't have one. Use the same email the ticket was sent to.
- Open My Tickets to view your QR code.
** Important **
For transfers after 5pm ET on 9/17, the Coors Field admission QR code goes to the person who sent you the ticket, not to your account. Reach out to them directly to get your QR code before the game.
Good to know
- The ticket moves completely to the new person as soon as you confirm. It leaves your account and the QR code becomes theirs.
- You can't transfer a ticket that's already been checked in at the event.
Need to sell rather than give it away?
- Use List on exchange instead of Transfer. You agree on a price with the buyer privately, then transfer the ticket to them for free.
